By using our website or placing an order with SOVO Beds, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all products purchased through www.sovobeds.co.uk.
We reserve the right to update our website, product information and Terms & Conditions when necessary. Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an accepted order.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
3. Products
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate.
Due to variations in lighting, screen displays and fabric batches, minor differences in appearance may occur.
We recommend ordering fabric samples and checking all product dimensions before purchasing.
Products must conform to their descriptions and meet applicable consumer protection requirements.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate.
An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation accepting your purchase.
We reserve the right to decline orders where products are unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or genuine pricing errors occur.
Where an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.
5. Made-to-Order Products
Many of our beds are manufactured following receipt of an order using the customer’s selected specifications, including fabric, colour, size and design options.
Customers should carefully review their selections before completing their purchase.
Changes to orders may not always be possible once manufacturing has commenced.
Cancellation and return rights depend on the nature of the product and applicable consumer law. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
6. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Full payment or an approved payment arrangement is required before an order can be processed.
Any additional charges for optional services will be displayed before checkout.
Promotional offers and discounts are subject to their advertised conditions.
7. Delivery
Delivery arrangements, estimated lead times, available services and any applicable charges are explained in our Delivery Information Policy.
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access to their property and checking that their chosen products will fit through doorways, staircases and other access points.
Responsibility for goods normally passes to the customer upon delivery into their physical possession or that of a person nominated to receive them.
8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains cancellation rights, eligible returns, bespoke product restrictions, return costs and refund procedures.
Nothing in our policy restricts statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.
9. Warranty
SOVO Beds provides a 24-month warranty on its products, subject to the terms of our Warranty Policy.

This warranty is additional to your statutory consumer rights.
10. Website Content
All SOVO Beds branding, photographs, product descriptions and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content belonging to SOVO Beds may not be reproduced or used commercially without our permission.
11. Liability
We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill where those losses are foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Privacy
We respect your privacy and process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights available to customers elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
